NEW YORK MAGAZINE: TWERK IT

I had a few friends over last night and at one point the conversation took a turn, twerking came up. Definitions and interpretations were shared along with awkward hand movements somehow hoping to accurately depict the act to those still paying attention to the ridiculous conversation. I for one have not researched the topic in depth outside of lurking Major Lazer's twitter account and his hashtag campaigns... that can only really get you so far.

New York Magazine recently published an article in their Intelligencer section - a user's guide to twerking. I'm going to stop myself right here because I think this entire thing speaks for itself.
